We start the quality aspect from start to finish on each job . Beginning with using all company approved vendors with proven track record .
In process inspections for each job . Starting when material arrives to finish product being shipped . We use a custom control plan for each part . We have material certs , plating certs , heat treat certs for each one . We do first article inspections and for each job , as well as an in process inspection . Able to do level III PPAP’s and SPC tracking when required.
